Betty, Order the record from your FHC (Family History Center). It's film # 1330510, on Item 1. Make sure you use the Portuguese spelling of Sao Roque though.
Some Pico records are online though the University of Minho web site, I think. I don't research Pico, but the people who do will let you know if they are online. They are not on the CCA web site yet.
