When James Guill was alive, I met him. He had a lot about the Azores. He named his "summary" book volume 5. He planned on doing more books with more detail (I guess calling them volumes 1 - 4). He never did. So volume 5 is it. He previous published it in the 1970s which was a smaller book that I think Celeste is talking about.
