Hi, Thank you to all the responses to my question. Each of you had the suggestion that worked. Little did I know it would be the browser I was using on my Mac. I.E. is not updated for the Mac, Firefox didn't work, but Safari worked fine.
I am soooooo glad I joined this group of knowledgeable and helpful friends, all interested in helping further our research of family information. Thanks to each of you.
