Does anyone know of a Victor L. Figueiredo? He is listed in the 1900/1910/1920/1930 census in San Francisco. He is from Flores according to an Application for Passport he filled out. Interesting he applied for application in MA but he lived in San Francisco. He is listed as Godfather to our Maria Pedro/Pedras on a ship's manifest she is on and that was who she was going to but it was crossed off and she remained in New Bedford. Since he is also from Flores this is highly likely. He applied for the passport Jan 31, 1908 and planned on returning within 2 years. His occupation is listed as banker. He lists originally coming to US in 1887 on the ship Moses B. Power. I have found this ship coming into New Bedford May 6, 1886; May 5, 1887; July 24, 1887 (which is probably the one he came on) but I cannot find him on Ancestry manifest as his surname is probably misspelled. As far as I know I cannot search Ancestry by ship's name?
