Hi Margaret,
I would be able to looks at the records probably on Sep. 23. It might
be difficult to find the correct record if not knowing the parents
names, because there are probably a fair amount of Francisco's born
during that time, however it is possible. Was he married to Maria
Isabel in Sao Sebastiao? If so, then I will probably be able to find
their marriage record, and that would lists the parents names.
