Terri, That's probably a personal preference thing. With most of my ancestors, I'm lucky just to have 1 picture, so that's the one that gets used.
Here's a thought though (and what I do when I actually have a few photos to choose from): If I have the wedding photo (this is usually a younger photo), I attach it to the event/tag of marriage. I also attach the tombstone photo to the burial event/tag. So you could use the general or individual picture that's older and attach the younger one to another event/tag. Just my thoughts. I think it's really up to you though.
