Kathy, With over 700 people on this list, I'm not too sure who "you" is. Since I started the thread, though, I'll answer.
I don't really use Legacy. I put my cousin on it, so I use it order to help her. I do like their web building pages though. I don't like their events or tags screen, however. I can't see a chronology of my ancestor. The standard version of Legacy is free, so you could test drive it. RootsMagic released a free version of their software too, although there's a few quirks in it. The Master Genealogist has a demo that you can look at. Along with Family Tree Maker, those make up the 4 most popular genealogy programs out there (as of Sept. 2009). I'd play around with Legacy, RootMagic and The Master Genealogist (TMG) and see which one you like best.
