If you wanted to test your g-grandmother (Anna de Medeiros) and her only child was your grandfather (Francisco da Silva) then only your grandfather (Francisco da Silva would carry the MTDNA from your great grandmother (Anna de Medeiros). The only other option would be if your great grandmother (Anna de Medeiros) had a sister that had a male descendent that is still alive or a female descendent that had children that are still alive. Then they could be tested.
