I just came across a YouTube video of grinding flour using a stone
turned by an ox.
I have seen the windmills and water mills doing this but not an ox
powered one.

Imagine our ancestors growing, grinding and baking this into bread.
The video runs for around 4 minutes and then goes black (as least for
me) for the rest of the 6+ minutes.
