We are looking for the "SPACHECO" who submitted this Azorean family line to the LDS Family History website:
It starts with brothers Jose Bento Daniel (b. 1855) (wife: Jacinta Medeiros) and Joao Bento Daniel, (b. 1859 or 1869?) (wife: Maria de Conceicao). Their father is Jose Bento Daniel, w/wife Antonia de Jesus. Ponta Garca, Sao Miguel We think we may connect to this line. Steve's two grandmothers were cousins, daughters respectively of brothers Joao Bento Daniel and Jose Bento Daniel. They all came from Ponta Garca, Sao Miguel, Azores, to the Fall River, Mass/Providence/East Providence, RI area. The names that we have for the wives of these men agree with what "SPACHECO" posted, but I am always reluctant to leap to conclusions, especially with Portuguese names!! We would like to see how SPACHECO fits into the picture. If you are indeed a relative, we can fill in some of the rest of the line coming down. Thank you!
