OK, I said I would be quiet about this for a few weeks, but circumstances have changed.
The Salt Lake Plaza called me yesterday and the man who I've been working with told me that they have only ONE ROOM LEFT ON SATURDAY NIGHT. That's it for the whole hotel. He took it and put it back in the Azores Conference block, so it's being held for us. They still have rooms on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights. He didn't tell me how close to capacity they are on those nights. After the room on Saturday night is sold, the choices would be to check out on Saturday or go to a different hotel on Saturday. Maybe I'll think of some other ideas.
