Hi Cheri...on the Centro de Conhecimento site..the passporte records
for Ponta Delgada start at 1875...the baptism record i have is for
1874 and says that his father was already away in the Imperial of
Brazil.  Does that mean any records of Azoreans leaving before then
cannot be found?
