Sereque) or sometimes he and his brother went by only their mother's
last name Benarus.
They were born before 1861 in Morocco and after the family moved to
Terceira, the two brothers went to São Paulo. Both died in 1915.
Supposedly David never married but Salão did and may have had children.
That's all I know about them. One member of this group said Salão lived
in Lisbon at one time. I can't seem to be able to find any more
information about them! The rest of the family eventually came to Boston.
