Hello I am doing research on my ancetors from the Azores and I'm stuck on my paternal grandmother's side. My great-grandfather was born in the Azores (maybe Faial, Pico or Terceira). All I have on him is his name (Joseph Enos Prada - DOB 1865). He married Mary A. Faria in the states and had five children. When I'm researching "Prada", I don't come up with much information, it seems to cross-reference me to "Paredas, Pardo, Pereda or Predos". Can anyone give me some ideas of where to go next?
