I would like to respectfully counter your asserting that Fox Point is a part of Fox Point. As someone who grew up in East Providence and lived in Providence for many years before moving to New York, I can assure you that Fox Point is not a part of East Providence. Perhaps, since the early history of the state, the boundaries have shifted but since 1948 they have not.
