I think that these are people from various parts of São Miguel. They probably received notice that they had packages sitting at customs and they all had to go pick up the bins sent from the US. The photo was a group shot of people she had gone down that day to pick up their large bins sent from relatives from the US. That's why i though i would share this photo. It could contain family from other people on the board.
