Hi Shirl, I'm sure one of the fluent speakers will give you a word fpr word....however, it's " for failure to pay txes" on a piece of property which can be identified by the Artigo # Hope that helps a bit....I may be wrong but I would think that that piece of property could be identified today with the same artigo #.
