If you click on her name, it goes to a person page that has notes about her. In order, it shows her birth record listing her as: 1. Rosa, daughter of António Furtado, from Velas, and his wife Maria da Conceição 2. her death as: esta filha de Antonio Furtado e de Maria da Conceição, 3. Her marriage as: daughter of António Furtado and Maria da Conceição She is never listed as anything but Rosa da conceicao in any of the records, but clearly her father is Antonio Furtado (de mendonca) and as you go upward you see his mother is a d'Avila A little confusing to me, regarding what information I should be entering into my database -- is whether I should be listing her as a Furtado (de mendonca) and Avila as well so as to have my records more easily searched... my little problem, not a big one but I'm always wondering.
