Rosemarie and I looking at some possible dates to hold the Azores Conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, in 2012.
Since both of us are tied to the school system, we have to work around that. We could still do it after school lets out. That would either be the week that begins June 18 or the week that begins June 25 (American Independence Day, July 4th, will fall on a Wed. in 2012). Our spring breaks coincide in 2012, so we could do it the week of April 9-13 (Easter Sunday is April 8th). We are still thinking of running the conference Tuesday through Friday. People could come a day early or spend a day later, if they prefer.
