I believe the name changed to rua Doutor Joao Francisco de Sousa (Doctor Joao Francisco de Sousa street). Messrs meant that there were multiple misters i.e. Antonio, Oscar and Antero. And Yes, it does say she was the Mother of Francisco and of Mr. Antonio, Mr. Oscar and Mr. Antero Pacheco Horta.
