Teresa, Original spelling could have been Rebello. Also, if you can find out the name of the Archdiocese the orphanage was in, you can probably get records there. I was able to obtain for my MA relatives from the Archdiocese in Fall River but there was not much on their records. Name, when they went in, when they came out and parents names. Maybe yours will have more info.
