Do I understand that the subject of the original post is embedded and if you change it the system will ignore what you change it to and file it under the original heeding? In other words if I change "How to post to this list" to "Need help posting" the system archives will file my post under "How to post to this list". It has to do with the threaded archive and your new heading messes up the way things flow over there. If the heading was "Flores" and you wipe that out and retitle it "Terceira" (instead of doing a new email) and you search the archives for "Terceira" it will call up "Flores." It won't tell you that there's a sub-heading under there for "Terceira." You'll see "Flores" and go to the next subject about Terceira because you are not interested in Flores. It doesn't jump over to some thread about Terceira. So never, ever change subject headings. If you need a NEW SUBJECT, start a NEW EMAIL (or message for the web board users).
