At the 1st Azorean Conference, I found the Salt Lake Plaza Hotel reservation staff to be very accommodating, and we were glad we made our reservation at the special rate to beat the deadline. My husband came along to research his Swedish family, and we stayed a few days after the conference for more research and tourism.
I am sorry I cannot attend this year's conference, but will be thinking about everyone that week, with fingers crossed for new finds and great success for all!
