There is no NS Conceicao Church in Norta Grande which is why I said Rebeira Grande. I also thought it could be Jose da Ponte Costa but the ink is too smudged to be sure and as such think it also could be Cabo. This is why I suggest looking at any Baptisms for any children to verify.
