Did you look at the actual image? I think you are correct in assuming
Portugal and Terceira. If you want me to take a look, send the info to me

one born in "Perceira". I googled Parlugal" and the only thing of
interest said, "Do you mean Portugal? Would Parlugal just be a
misinterpretation (writing) of Portugal? Would Perceira" really be
