Pam, There is a Joseph Silva, son of Manuel Silva and Mary Clara Francis, born 3 March 1874 in Edgartown, MA. It says he was a twin of Manuel Sylva. He married Virgínia Silva. They had children: Clara Janet, Elmer Howard, Robert Joseph, and Walter Russell Silva.
