I didn't see anything to indicate where the parents were from, but, early 
records left out a lot of things we take for granted. What would be the 
main concern for the church would be whether the parties to the event were 
Catholic, had received the sacraments, and, in the case of marriages, that 
they were not currently married to another person. If birthplaces aren't 
mentioned it is because, in all probability, all participants were known to 
be members of the parish where the event was being celebrated.
