On Sao Miguel, some of the dots are out in the ocean, or on the shoreline, I should say. The contrast on my computer isn't good on the map, so I don't see all the white dots. It's a little tricky to get the finger (and not the palm) of the hand on the almost invisible white dot. So be careful with that.
