Make some calls: Office Depot was cheaper in my area than another well-known place. Also, 'standard sizes' like 2'x3' may be significantly cheaper than odd sizes. If your chart blows up to an odd size - mine did -- ask if they will print as a standard size, ie add white space. I had my fanchart printed in color and mounted on foam board for a display, and it was about a third the price to have it made 'standard' rather than proportional.
