Hi Cheri and Tiago, Just an FYI, I just went to the hathi trust site to
download this book to send to Tiago. No can do, you must be a "Partner" to
download the entire book. You can download a page without being a partner
but; not the whole book.

this book was edited in 1922. In Portugal the copyright is from 50 years.
this book is available on the internet at www.hathitrust.org but only to
US
persons. I'm from Portugal and that option is not available for me.
