All genealogy software programs do this.  It's probably labeled
"Relationship" or "Relationship Calculator" or something along those lines.

The person would have their line entered between the common ancestor and
themselves.  Then you would run the relationship calculator between you and
that person.  It would tell you if they are a 2nd cousin, twice removed or
whatnot.

All current genealogy software programs have extensive charting formats
that the user can pick from.  Fan charts, box charts, pedigrees, and the
list goes on.
