Boa tarde!! I've been recently uncovering my Azorean past and have done pretty well with family and other members on Ancestry to trace back my Fraga roots quite far, but I have run into trouble getting information on my Mendonça and Joaquim lines. I have Constantino Mauricio Fraga (My great grand father) married to Ana de Sá Mendonça (is that supposed to be São Mendonça?) and Ana's parrents were Estevão de Sá Mendonça (may have gone by Jose) (b.about 1865) and Mariana Joaquim (b. about 1855). Lived with Constantino and Ana after she was widowed. They lived in New Bedford. I know that Constantino came from Flores, but I am not sure about the Mendonças and Joaquims. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
