Pat, Admins used to have full access to everyone's page. So if anyone sent me an email and said they were changing email addys, I changed them on this list and if they tested their DNA, I changed it on their DNA page. But not all admins are honest (nor are all cops, lawyers, etc). So all I can do is send an email back and remind them to change the email addy on the DNA page. If they don't change it and you email them, then it bounces. You can notify FTDNA and they will check to see if there is an alternate email addy and they will email them. But if there isn't one or that bounces too, FTDNA removes all the email addys and you see a blank contact there.
