Hi Mike G, Yes, you can order the SS-5 (form used to apply for Social Security). It really hasn't changed all that much over the years. Social Security is different than becoming a citizen. I explain more about it in my "how to" on the Azores GenWeb here: http://goo.gl/fCbKC
