Family Tree DNA notified me last night of a Family Finder match to me. Family Tree predicts 2nd - 3rd cousin. Which is fairly recent. The person who matches has NO family information posted on the Family Tree Site and does not belong to any Project. I don't know if he is a member of this list as well. Despite this I am confident this can be overcome. I have suggested he join the Azores DNA project and also join this list. Once we Identify our common ancestor I can provide him with lines that will fill his charts as I have done the research. So in summing things up this match will go from him having no family tree to a full family tree through the Family Finder Test With Family Tree DNA.
