Sorry guys I had to laugh!

 

The poor guy was just a water supplier! This was a common trade at the time
and in Brasil.  "PIPAS" means barrels). It doesn't matter if he was not
upper class or not. The guy was an honnest imigrant making for the living.
of course this was a respectable business!
