Betty, my dad is Everett Medeiros born in New Bedford, MA 1933. His dad was Evaristo Medeiros born 1898 in Sao Miguel, Azores. In my research my dad spoke of cousins that lived in Cambridge. He can't recall their names or how they were related. They visited often through the 40's. I'd be interested to see what you find, if it ties in.
