Cheri I know what you mean. Still, I have read some bits, I'm still learning, that since the beginning of times, in the Azores, or should I say, Portugal, many names and localities changed over the years. I don't think it would be a good Idea that CCA would create different databases for each of them.
Doug is right, but I can understand someone that is not native Portuguese and does not have your experience, Cheri or Doug, will struggle to figure where the churches are or were! Matriz for me has two very distict meanings, or it is a Freguesia or it is a "headquarters" Church in the past, but all Churches have their Saints' name. Doug, I beleive we have spoke before, I am back in "business" since this last summer, after a long time pause.
