Rick P, Pam Santos had a letter dated from about February of 2013 that said Ribeira Grande and then Vila Franca. The link you provided from Sept leads us to believe that they are skipping over Ribeira Grande. I think there's less to upload in Vila Franca if they stay with the "uploading by council" method. Maybe it's "uploading by freguesia" method. Guess we play wait and see. And who knows, half way through this they could have a change in directors and switch methods again. Guess they like to keep us on our toes! :)
