I am new to the Azores googlegroup. We have been researching my wife’s Portuguese family from Santo Antonio, Funchal, Madeira by way of Hawaii, they all were all part of the great migration. I have been able to locate the birthplace of Antonio Rodriques Pimenta born October 4, 1847. Parents were Joao Rodrigues Pimenta and Victoria Hector. Antonio’s wife was Maria De Nobriga Quintal, born Dec. 26, 1875 (robbed the cradle a bit didn’t he) who was born in Gaula, Madeira. Parents were Manuel Quintal and Rose De Nobriga. Can you give me a hand with sources?
