If anyone happens to come across him while you are looking for someone else let me know. He was supposedly born Jan 1869, Parents Mariano Ignacio Medeiros and Ana Emelia da Conceicao or Andreza Emelia da Conceicao.
Passport index shows his mother as Ana Emelia da Conceicao, But there is a marriage in Ponta Garca on 12 Mar 1868 with Mariano Ignacio Medeiros and Andreza Emelia da Conceciao.
