#2, 4th line: He died "2 December of 1000 900 and 70." That's all spelled out, but beginning at the 10th line, it says 11 December 1970. I believe that's the recording date.
#3, 3rd line, last word: Dois (2) of February 1000 nine (hyphenated) nine hundred seventy and one. Top of the next page does write out 1971. They died only a couple of months apart, it looks like.
