Cheri says: Family Tree DNA. Follow the links above. FTDNA was chosen for a bunch of reasons. The were the first and they are the largest devoted exclusively to genealogists. The helped push forward the NIST standards, have a whole bunch of big name geneticists behind them, etc. I'm running out the door, or I'd say more. And I'd start off with the Family Finder test. It's a broader test and covers all your lines, but you're pretty sure to get instant matches that way.
