That's right... And that doesn't mean they weren't from those places...
Maybe... Maybe Not... The only reference about places is when they say that
the chef worked as a professional cook in Lisbon.

Since the restaurant now belongs to another portuguese couple from Algarve,
there are not many ways to know where this Manuel Amaral was from.

Maybe Maria Elena's mother-in-law knows/knew, and that's why she kept it.
