And it may change again.. They've recently added a document with images to 
the 'hidden' CCA site. I believe they're testing it. If they ever move to 
that one, you'll lose the ability to post a URL to the exact page. Instead, 
you'll have to do like we in Continental Portugal have to do: URL to the 
book, and then the text string identifying the image.
