It is just a copy of the actual Baptismal record. Sorry I said Blessing record and should have said Baptismal record. The county court house where he was born burned and I just wanted a copy of a record for him.
He baptism was in 1898 in California. It gave his name, baptism and birth dates and his parents names. Sorry for the confusion.
