Here is what I can make out: 23 April 1755, Pascoal Botelho son of Gonsallo 
(Goncalo) Soares and Isabel de Medeiros with Maria da Cruz daughter of Symam 
Pereira (Simao Pereira), deceased and Isabel de Benavides (Benevides) all 
living in Santo Antonio, where the couple were baptised.
