You've got the wrong link. The link you need is the one that covers the period 1867-1870 (lists the deaths of individuals that were in the" Hospital da Santa Casa da Miserecordia" in Sao Jose, Ponta Delgada. The record is #64 at the bottom of the page. The correct link is below:
