Thanks Herb. I just found another record with Miguel listed in it. It is a 
little easier to read. I am now thinking it might say Simonez, which may be an 
earlier spelling for Simoes.

Erica it is difficult to make out, but could Miguel Sinseyra" ja defuncto" 
meaning he had already passed.  the first name is definitely Miguel. The only 
other name that I see it could be is Teixeira but I don't see an X.  If it is 
Sinseyra or Sincerya, it is a very unusual name, not something I have seen 
before. I could be completely off, but trying to help. Sincerya seems right to 
me.

 

 Fortunately for us there are some on here who are very good at reading some of 
these more difficult records.  Good luck
