Hi Dave, How old was Manuel when he immigrated to the US? If he was a child the only thing recorded on NEPS would be his first name and it would be followed by a question mark(Manuel?). You may have to look for a Manuel?, your best bet may be to look for all Manuel's born in 1884 on Pico and see if you find one born on Feb 25 1884
